Key Responsibilities

As an Aesthetic Clinic Sales Consultant, you will play a key role inhelping customers achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals while driving theclinic's business growth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments, skincare solutions and wellness programmes.
• Understand each customer's needs and provide personalised treatment recommendations.
• Recommend treatment packages, memberships and skincare products based on customers' concerns and doctors' treatment plans.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and professional follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed monthly personal sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, retention and referral rates.
• Work closely with doctors, therapists and the clinic team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer consultation records and follow-up schedules.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products and treatment technologies.
• Contribute positively to the team's overall sales performance and clinic growth.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for confident sales professionals who are passionateabout helping customers while achieving excellent sales results.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

OR

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following industries:
• Beauty
• Skincare
• Slimming
• Spa
• Wellness
• Facial
• TCM
• Health & Beauty

Requirements

Successful candidates should possess:

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent consultative selling, closing and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage
• Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
• Able to understand and communicate in English, as many of our customers are international clients
