Associate – Agency Performance Management

4 months contract (non-renewable)

Job Scope

Liaise with stakeholders and Financial Representatives for Higher Appointment exercise

Assist in the preparation of documents, forms and agreements for stakeholders and Financial Representatives

Consolidate and manage appeals for management review

Assist in the preparation and dissemination of letters of appointment to Financial Representatives

Assist to manage the internal mailbox and reply to enquiries from Financial Representatives regarding Higher Appointment

Provide support in preparation of sales and financial reports

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma

Business or analytical background from the finance industry with working experience of at least 1 year

Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

Strong time-management and multitasking abilities

Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Team player with high level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good work attitude
