AI Digital Transformation Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated junior-level candidate or fresh graduate to support our digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop Generative AI (GenAI) solutions with hands-on guidance and exposure to real business applications.

The successful candidate will support AI development, automation projects, and digitalization initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Learning

• Assist in developing basic Generative AI solutions such as chatbots, automation tools, and document processing systems
• Support the testing, debugging, and improvement of AI applications and outputs
• Learn and assist in integrating AI solutions into existing business processes
• Explore and stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends

Digital Transformation Support

• Support digitalization and process improvement projects across departments
• Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and workflow enhancement
• Help monitor project progress and maintain proper documentation

Software & User Support

• Assist in software implementation and basic system configuration
• Prepare simple user guides and support materials
• Support internal user training and onboarding for new digital tools

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Internship, school project, or hands-on experience in AI, automation, or programming will be an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and automation technologies
• Basic understanding of programming, APIs, or AI tools (training will be provided)
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and build solutions from scratch under guidance
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
