AI Platform Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilites

• Monitor availability, detect outages, and optimize performance of Azure AI cloud platforms
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support disaster recovery/business continuity
• Ensure compliance with security audits, policies, and regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with MLOps/LLMOps teams to integrate automation, observability, and security best practices

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• 1–2 years of cloud operations experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights
• Skills in IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure (AKS, GPU VMs, pipelines, model hosting)
• Problem-solving and communication skills, especially under pressure
