Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of AI programs focused on semiconductor manufacturing and process optimization.


• Collaborate closely with semiconductor process engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.


• Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models in computer vision for defect detection, wafer inspection, and process monitoring.


• Drive predictive analytics initiatives to forecast equipment failures, optimize process parameters, and improve yield.


• Manage projects involving advanced AI technologies such as Vision-Language Agents (VLA), Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and agentic embodied AI systems.


• Facilitate communication between AI teams and semiconductor domain experts to ensure alignment on technical requirements and business goals.


• Define KPIs, track progress, and report on AI program outcomes to senior leadership.


• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and semiconductor technology to continuously innovate and improve AI applications.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data governance policies.

Education & Experience:

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, AI/ML, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.

•3–5 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing, robotics automation, or AI model deployment.

•Experience deploying AI/vision models in industrial environments (manufacturing, automotive, electronics) is a plus.

•Prior experience with embodied AI training using VLM, VLA, and Omniverse highly desirable.

•This role may require candidate to travel between different manufacturing sites of the company.

•Experience with cleanroom operation or ISO 14644 standards preferred.
