AI Programme Support

Seeking proactive and organised individuals to support AI programme initiatives within a dynamic innovation environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive AI adoption, capability development, and collaborative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of internal AI-related events, workshops, and programmes
• Assist with logistics planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
• Compile and organise AI tools, learning resources, and reference materials
• Support capability development and engagement initiatives
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and partners to ensure smooth implementation of activities
• Provide administrative and project coordination support for ongoing AI initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good organisational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively
• Keen interest in emerging AI technologies, methodologies, and governance practices
• Knowledge or exposure in programming languages (Python), data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI), AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and data management concepts will be an added advantage

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
