We are seeking a talented individual to join our Asia Risk Consulting team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an AI Solution Specialist, you will design and develop AI solutions that address complex business use cases across Marsh Risk Asia. You will partner with business, product, engineering, data, and architecture teams to architect and build production-grade AI-enabled solutions, focusing on code quality, scalability, and responsible deployment. This role is suited to a technically strong individual contributor with hands-on coding expertise in AI/ML technologies and proven experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions from design through implementation.

We will count on you to:

• Design and architect AI solutions for complex business use cases including knowledge assistants, document intelligence, workflow automation, decision support, and predictive analytics.
• Develop end-to-end AI pipelines including data preprocessing, model development/integration, prompt engineering, retrieval workflows, and API design.
• Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code in Python and other relevant languages, following best practices and design patterns.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and validation to ensure solution reliability and production readiness.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise standards, integration patterns, security requirements, and scalability needs.
• Support deployment readiness by addressing issues related to data pipelines, model monitoring, performance optimization, access controls, and support processes.

What you need to have:

• 4+ years of technology experience focused on AI/ML development, data science, or AI engineering.
• Proven hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on coding proficiency in Python and at least one additional programming language such as Java, TypeScript, Scala, or Go.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model development lifecycle, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Demonstrated expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for building and deploying AI solutions.

What makes you stand out:

• Master’s degree or advanced certification in Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry with AI solution deployment.
• Familiarity with use cases involving document processing, knowledge management, intelligent automation, or intelligent search.
