Esther-AI Pte Ltd is looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to help grow the business of Estha across Singapore and regional markets.

Estha is an AI services platform that helps organisations transform expert knowledge, internal workflows and service capabilities into scalable AI-powered experiences. Our work spans education, professional services, healthcare, enterprise operations and other sectors where AI must be practical, deployable and trusted.

This is neither purely a sales role nor purely a technical one.

It is a role for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working directly with clients and turning ideas into practical AI solutions that create measurable impact.

Role Overview

As an AI Solutionist, you will work closely with the leadership team at Estha to identify business opportunities, understand client needs, demonstrate Estha’s capabilities, build AI solutions and support customers throughout their adoption journey.

You will help organisations understand how AI can improve the way they work while designing and implementing AI solutions that can be managed by non-technical users.

This is NOT a job that builds prototypes or demos. We are laser focused on how our customers can use AI with Estha to solve real problems and generate real returns.

This role combines business development, solution consulting, AI implementation, customer success and training. It also involves occasional travel within Singapore and across the region for client meetings, workshops, training programmes and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement

• Engage prospective clients across different industries and understand their business challenges.
• Identify opportunities where Estha can create meaningful business value.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners.

Solution Consulting & Demonstration

• Conduct discovery sessions and product demonstrations.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Support opportunities from initial conversations through successful deployment.

AI Solution Design & Implementation

• Design and build AI solutions using Estha.
• Organise client knowledge and workflows into scalable AI experiences.
• Test, refine and deploy solutions for customers.

Client Success

• Support customers after implementation.
• Ensure clients continue to derive measurable value from Estha.
• Build long-term relationships through excellent service and proactive engagement.

Training & Enablement

• Train users to build, manage and improve their own AI solutions without requiring programming knowledge.
• Conduct workshops and onboarding sessions for client teams.

Documentation & Project Support

• Prepare proposals, implementation guides, user manuals and client-facing materials.
• Support project planning and implementation where required.

Product & Market Feedback

• Gather customer feedback and identify recurring business needs.
• Work closely with the product team to continuously improve Estha’s capabilities and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

• Typically around 3 years of relevant working experience in consulting, technology, customer success, solution implementation, business development, product support or related fields. We care more about capability, initiative and learning ability than simply the number of years on your résumé.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
• Demonstrated fluency with modern generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or equivalent. You should be comfortable using AI to research, analyse information, draft content, solve problems, automate workflows and improve productivity as part of your daily work.
• A solid foundation in STEM subjects together with strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality client-facing documentation.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
• A strong sense of ownership and personal accountability. You care about delivering outcomes, not just completing assigned tasks.
• High personal drive and ambition to build a meaningful career at the forefront of AI rather than simply holding another job.
• Resilience, resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore and occasionally across the region as required.

Compensation

SGD 4,000 – SGD 5,500 per month

The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, capabilities and overall fit.
