You are the commercial and solutioning engineof the company. The bridge between client problems and our delivery team. Youown the full pre-delivery cycle — from discovering a client's businesschallenge and mapping their workflows, to working with the tech team indesigning AI-powered solutions, estimating effort and cost, and closing theengagement.
This is not a pure sales role. Nor is itpurely technical. You are a trusted advisor who happens to know enough about AIagents, automation, and workflows to translate client pain into a scoped,costed, and deliverable solution — and get it signed.
ClientEngagement & Requirements Gathering
• Lead discovery sessions withclient stakeholders to understand business challenges and operational workflows
• Ask the right questions — mapcurrent-state processes, identify friction points, and uncover AI opportunityareas
• Document requirements clearlyin a form that both clients and the development team can act on
SolutionDesign & Commercial Estimation
• Translate client requirementsinto proposed AI solutions — primarily involving agents, workflow automation,and process intelligence
• Develop bespoke solutionproposals including scope, approach, effort estimation, and commercial pricing
• Prepare and present solutionwalkthroughs and demos tailored to client seniority and technical literacy
SalesCycle Ownership & Closing
• Manage the full sales processfrom first meeting to signed contract
• Follow up on opportunities,handle commercial objections, and drive deals to close
• Maintain an accurate pipelineand provide forecasts to leadership
ProjectKick-Off & Handover
• Brief the development team atproject initiation — ensuring scope, requirements, and client expectations areclearly handed over
• Serve as the primary clientpoint of contact during the initial delivery phase
• Flag scope creep or requirementgaps early to protect delivery quality and timelines
Must Have
• 3–5 years in a solutionsconsulting, pre-sales, or technical account management role
• Solid working knowledge of AIagents, LLMs, and workflow automation — you understand what is buildable andwhat is not
• Strong requirements gatheringskills — you know how to run a discovery session and map a client's processes
• Proven ability to scope bespokesolutions and estimate effort and cost without a fixed price list
• Comfortable owning the fullcommercial conversation and closing deals independently
• Excellent communication — ableto simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical business stakeholders
• Experience operatingeffectively within small, fast-moving teams with minimal process overhead
Good to Have
• A degree in Business, ComputerScience, Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage. We valuedemonstrated experience and capability over academic credentials.
• Hands-on familiarity withAI/automation tools such as n8n, Make, LangChain, or similar platforms
• Exposure to project managementor delivery coordination at project initiation
• Experience writing informalsolution briefs, SOWs, or effort estimates
• Prior B2B commercial experiencein Singapore or Southeast Asia
