AI Transformation Manager

As an AI Transformation Manager, you'll lead and support AI and digital transformation initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive business impact. You'll act as both Product Owner and Scrum Master, ensuring agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver AI & digital projects on time and within scope
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Refine/manage backlogs and translate requirements into user stories
• Drive UAT, solution documentation, and reporting
• Support change management, training, and adoption efforts
• Champion agile practices and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years in digital transformation or product delivery
• Experience in Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, and user story writing
• Exposure to AI, analytics, RPA, or data science tools is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
