AIA Entrepreneur Power Scheme (EPS)• AIA EPS is a two-year program, where successful applicants receive a monthly allowance of up to 24 months upon meeting the required sales validation targets. • EPS Consultants will undergo a 12-month intensive training at the start of the program and move on to specialized trainings on leadership, and other program to help navigate corporate solutions and/or high net worth markets. • Full time and student schemes are available with the following remuneration: Full-time schemes: Up to S$12,000 monthly allowance Student schemes: Up to S$2,000 monthly allowance.

AIA Financial Associate Scheme (FAS)•

AIA FAS offers greater financial stability for individuals who are keen to pursue a career in financial services yet want a fixed monthly salary with CPF contributions. • As FAS Consultants, successful candidates receive full-time employment benefits, including structured compensation comprising a base salary with attractive quarterly performance-based bonuses, CPF contributions, annual leave, and medical benefits. • Eligible candidates will be directly employed by AIA Singapore and supervised by an agency leader.

You must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum polytechnic diploma or equivalent academic qualifications are acceptable

Pass the CMFAS Exam: To become a licensed insurance agent, you must pass the Singapore Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) exam. This exam covers essential knowledge about financial products and regulations. You can register for the exam through the Singapore College of Insurance.

Register with MAS: After passing the CMFAS exam, you need to register with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to obtain your license.

Complete Required Training: You will need to undergo training that includes basic insurance concepts, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
