Air Freight Executive (Cold Chain, Pharmaceutical) - Join a Market Leader

The Opportunity:

• Work location: Changi South (Nearest MRT: Expo)
• Working hours: Tues to Fri, 12pm to 9pm & Sat 9am to 9pm / Sun to Wed, 9pm to 9am
• Up to $4,000, AWS, Medical Benefits

Adecco is partnering with a global logistics MNC that specializes in cold chain shipments to join them as an Air Freight Executive. You will mainly be handling air freight shipments for the pharmaceutical industry.

The Job:

• Handle customer orders and route them accordingly
• Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, including tracking, routings, quotations and booking confirmations
• Manage air freight import and export shipment documentation for Singapore and APAC
• Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) and Cargowise (C1) for order processing
• Coordinate shipments and manage operational requirements

The Talent:

• Relevant experience in air import/export operations coordination is required
• Knowledge in using Cargowise will be advantageous
