Air Freight - Operations Coordinator (Import | Export)

Working Location: Airline Road (Cargo Agents Megaplex )

Responsibilities:

• Process shipments for an assigned base of accounts 
• Perform duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination required to correctly process export shipments in a cost-efficient manner.
• Always develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner.
• Provide excellent and timely customer service by pro-actively informing clients of the status of their shipments

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
• Experience in Air Freight Shipment (Import or Export)
• Positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment. 
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications. 
• Singaporean Only
