- In-house and Home visit support
- Conducting diagnosis and repair procedures on Air Conditioning units
- Perform daily administrative function such as documenting field problems or updating service records within the CRM system.
- Write reports detailing field service interventions.
- Maintenance of company tooling, equipment and parts inventory in orderly manner.
- Assisting with warehouse disposal tasks.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Basic electrical knowledge when attending to electrical problems
- Must have: Prior experience in repairing aircons
- Able to commit to 5.5 days
- Singaporeans only
