Aircraft Technician (Sheetmetal)

Work Location: East

Job Descriptions:

• Perform minor and major maintenance checks, such as removal and installation of access panels, inspection of areas prone to corrosion
• Perform sheet metal structure repair work and alteration of damage aircraft in accordance with work specifications of structure repair manual (SRM), component maintenance manual (CMM), or any engineering authorizations and manufacturer specifications to return aircraft serviceable and airworthy condition
• Replace or make repairs to skins and structural component of aircraft as required using approved manuals, drawings and tools
• Performed critical maintenance tasks such as structural repair or fabrication on metal parts
• Inspect structural frames such as stringer, bulkhead, spars, wing, movable control surfaces and perform corrosive prevention control on skin and aircraft structures

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant trade certificates
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Preferred working experience on aircraft engines/airframe/components
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Advantage to have experience on commercial or and business aircrafts
• Able to commit rotating shift
