AirFreight Executive (Import & Export/TradeNet) - Start Now

Responsibilities:

• Export bookings with co-loader/airlines
• Processing of shipment documentation using operations software (Freight Master)
• Email correspondences with shipper and overseas agents
• Liaise with driver/3rd party contractors on collection/pick up
• Tradenet - Customs export permit declaration
• Ability to communicate with respective government agencies for controlled goods
• Billing/invoicing to client and overseas agents
• Able to multitask if given other duties to handle

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or other relevant disciplines 
• At leat 2 years of working experience in the Airfreight Shipments (Import or Export) or Freight Forwarding Industry
• Experience with TradeNet System
• Proficient in microsoft office (MS words, excel)
• Able to work in fast pace environment
