We're Hiring For:

1) Trainee Air Hub Lead (Baggage)

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage safely and efficiently.

• Sort and transfer baggage to the correct aircraft.

• Ensure baggage is delivered on time for flight departures.

• Coordinate with the ground operations team during aircraft turnaround.

• Follow airline safety procedures and operational standards.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

  2) Trainee Air Hub Lead (Load Control)

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out aircraft load planning and balancing activities for departing flights.

• Ensure aircraft loading is carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with airline and IATA procedures.

• Prepare aircraft loading documents, issue loading instructions, and coordinate with ground operations to support on-time departures.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
  
  3) Trainee Air Hub Lead (Ramp)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise aircraft ramp operations during arrival and departure.

• Ensure ground handling activities are completed safely and on schedule.

• Liaise with baggage, cargo, catering, and other airport teams for smooth aircraft turnaround.

• Monitor daily ramp operations and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with airport safety regulations and airline procedures.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline (For Local Applicants Only)

• No experience required – training will be provided.

• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
