AM/ Manager [Accounting, HR & Admin]/Shipping/ 5days/Up to $7K BasicAWSPB - Hiring Urgently

Our client, a reputable MNC and leading marine transportation company providing a wide variety of liquid bulk cargoes services to their clients. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to HR, Admin & Finance manager. Responsible and oversee the financial, HR and Administrative functions in HQ.
• Manage full set accounting and timely submission of financial & management reports. Includes AP, AR, GL, annual and monthly financial statements, cash flow management, FRS116, GST & income tax return, liaising with external auditors and tax agents and audit [MPA] and company’s insurance matters. 
• Handle HR functions includes support payroll processing, managing employee leaves, medical, and claim, work pass applications.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, business administrative or equivalent.  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Having experience in shipping industry is mandatory. 
• Proficiency in Sage 300 and MS office.
