AML Specialist

Role Summary

A critical AML Specialist role within Commercial Banking focused on comprehensive client onboarding, KYC/CDD reviews, and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of client onboarding and KYC submissions
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on KYC documentation
• Perform Source of Wealth/Funds verification and adverse media screening
• Manage high-risk client onboarding and track emerging risk trends
• Execute periodic reviews and documentation audits
• Support process improvement and digitization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in AML/KYC, onboarding, or compliance
• Comprehensive understanding of CDD processes and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-risk commercial banking clients
