Analyst / AVP Collateral Management & Margin Operations

We are currently partnering with a leading international bank who have a strong presence in the Asia region.

They are looking to hire a Collateral & Margin candidate into their APAC Middle Office & Operations team

This role focuses on Global Netting Agreement (GNA) margin operations, ensuring timely collateral management for strategic Prime Brokerage clients

This role will be responsible for the following:

1. Execute daily end-to-end margin operations by calculating, issuing, and settling collateral calls for GNA and Prime Brokerage clients.
2. Resolve high-value trade disputes and valuation breaks through close collaboration with front-office trading desks, credit risk, and institutional counterparties.
3. Mitigate operational and financial risk by designing, implementing, and enforcing stringent control procedures and standardized operating workflows.
4. Identify operational bottlenecks and market developments to recommend and embed banking industry best practices across the APAC operations ecosystem.
5. Produce performance metrics and operational reporting to communicate risk insights, settlement trends, and process efficiency directly to internal senior stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. 2+ years of working experience within Investment Banking Operations, Middle Office, or Prime Brokerage infrastructure.
2. Proven expertise in Collateral Management, Margin Operations, or Valuation Disputes
