Analyst Programmer - Growth-Minded Organization

The contracted staff shall be responsible for the following: 

1. Prepare Variation Agreement (VA) documents for Change Requests (CRs) and seek approval from Authority. 

1. Maintain the master CR lists and provide support for CR prioritisation discussions, and consolidate variation requirement of CRs to prepare for the variation to CR purchase orders. 

1. Monitor the activities to ensure CR are implemented within agreed implementation timeline. 

1. Validate all quarterly and monthly KPI for CRs,  (Problem Report), SR and Customer Satisfaction Survey are met, going through evidences provided, and submit a report to Authority on the validation. 

1. Propose, document and implement improvements to the current work processes to achieve increased efficiency and effectiveness or tighten audit issues in delivering the maintenance support services. 

1. Any other tasks as assigned by the Authority. a. The candidate(s) should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent.

Education Qualification 

• The candidate(s) should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent. 

Required Competencies 

1. Good knowledge of information technology. 
2. Good planning and coordination skills. 
3. Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills. 
4. Good team player, responsible and conscientious. 
5. Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active. 
6. Proficiency in Office productivities suites such as Microsoft Office. 
7. Competent in applying Microsoft Excel functions. 

Required Working Experience 

1. At least 1 year of working experience in information technology. 
2. Experience in SG Government projects is preferred.
