Responsibilities
- Assist in research on market trends, property valuations, financial performance of assets
- Assist in the preparation of project evaluation such as financial modelling and relevant due diligence
- Assist in the preparation of respective financial analysis, market study and Board papers
- Conduct financial modelling for asset-level and portfolio-level projects
- Assist with on-going performance monitoring and regular reporting or updates for an existing portfolio
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as property managers, consultants.
Requirements
- Degree in Business / Finance, Real Estate or related discipline
- At least 1-2 years experience of financial modelling experience in Real Estate industry
