Anaplan (a 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant Financial Planning “Leader” and placed highest in “Ability to Execute”). Anaplan enables fast intelligent decisions through its ability to perform connected planning, i.e. planning across supply chain, human resources, sales and finance. Once a hypergrowth listed software company (NYSE), it has since been taken private by Thoma Bravo in 2022. It’s customers are usually enterprises, e.g. L’oreal, Coca Cola, LVMH, Shell, AXA, Rio Tinto, etc.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a seasoned Anaplan Solution Architect with experience designing and implementing large, enterprise models. FP&A experience strongly preferred

• At least 5 years' work experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect, with a significant project exposure to FPA implementation
• Experience designing and overseeing large, connected enterprise models
• Experience guiding and managing a team of model builders
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect, Master Anaplanner preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build, UAT and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Team player with a strong ability to network and the drive to achieve tangible results
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter

What you will be doing

• Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams of junior SA and model builders
• Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions
• Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
• Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
• Participate in data integration and migration solutions
