Anaplan System Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Anaplan Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of Anaplan solutions to improve business performance and enhance decision-making processes across the organization.

5+ years of relevant experience as an Anaplan model developer and 2+ years as a business analyst.

L1, L2, and L3 Anaplan Model Building Certified. Preferred: Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solutions Architect Certification.

Strong analytical skills with experience implementing at least 1 end to end Anaplan system implementation.

Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.

Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

Ability to understand complex business requirements and scenarios, comprehend their impact to upstream and downstream processes and ensure the system design aligns with requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for Anaplan systems.

Design and develop Anaplan models, ensuring they meet organizational needs and compliance standards.

Perform data analysis and integrate data from various sources to develop comprehensive Anaplan solutions.

Create and maintain documentation for Anaplan processes, models, and technical specifications.

Provide training and support to users, enabling them to effectively utilize Anaplan tools and features.

Conduct ongoing testing and quality assurance of Anaplan models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Monitor Anaplan performance and recommend improvements based on user feedback and analytical insights.

Stay current with Anaplan updates and industry best practices to continuously enhance the Anaplan environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Anaplan or similar planning and forecasting tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes, especially in finance, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in data modeling and visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques is a plus.
