Job Description

1. Own and continuously optimize merchant service products for Ant International's acquiring and payment business, including but not limited to onboarding, product capability activation, billing, data analytics, and account inquiry modules.

2. Stay informed of merchant service offerings from leading PSPs in the market; identify user pain points, emerging trends, and industry dynamics, and translate them into product innovation and improvement opportunities to enhance the overall service experience.

3. Leverage product data and user journey analytics to establish robust evaluation and quality frameworks for merchant service products, driving continuous iteration to deliver superior service throughout the merchant lifecycle.

4. Excel at cross-functional coordination across business, operations, design, and engineering teams, independently leading product planning, execution, and ongoing iteration of merchant service products.

3. \u719f\u6089\u6d77\u5916\u652f\u4ed8\u4f53\u7cfb,\u7406\u89e3\u6d77\u5916\u5e02\u573a\u652f\u4ed8\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u548c\u5546\u6237\u9700\u6c42\uff1b

4. \u4f18\u79c0\u7684\u6c9f\u901a\u4e0e\u534f\u4f5c\u80fd\u529b,\u80fd\u591f\u6e05\u6670\u5411\u4e0d\u540c\u53d7\u4f17\u8868\u8fbe\u4ea7\u54c1\u8bc9\u6c42\u3001\u4ea7\u54c1\u7406\u5ff5\uff1b

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Psychology, or related fields; proven track record with B2B or B2C service-oriented products.

2. 5+ years of product management experience; experience in the financial services or payments industry is a plus.

3. Familiarity with overseas payment ecosystems, with a solid understanding of international payment methods and merchant needs.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate product requirements and vision clearly to diverse audiences.
