Job description

Build and foster relationships with senior executives in business, product, engineering, finance and tech within customers' organization

Drive overall account health including product development, payments performance, cost optimization, account renewals & growth, and customer satisfaction

Support expansion of your customers, identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, and ensure customers are satisfied with Antom services

Coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders (including financial institution business development, product, tech, legal, and compliance) to launch projects for customers

Leverage industry knowledge to set account strategies, and execute deals and initiatives

Manage strategic planning and negotiation/expansion with our customers

Manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions and commitment to a shared goal

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree holder in business, finance, marketing or a related field of study

Possess 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role ideally in business development and sales, managing relationships with large, and complex organizations, preferably in SEA markets

8+ years of experience related to payments, card networks, SEA local payment methods, merchant acquiring, or other financial service fields, preferably in SEA markets

Thorough understanding of payment business models and associated best practices with regard to compliance and risk management

Experience in negotiating commercial deals with enterprise customers

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally

Fluency in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with stakeholders based in China
