About the Role

We are looking for a Singapore-based Solutions Manager to design and deliver cross-border payment and financial solutions for our ecosystem partners and platforms. You will work closely with Sales, Product & Tech, Compliance & Risk, and Finance & FI teams to make sure each solution is tailored, compliant, and scalable. You will also play a direct role in growing transaction volume and revenue from these clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design targeted global payment and financial solutions for ecosystem partners and platforms across industries including e-commerce, SaaS, NBFI, gig economy and digitalization, AI, and large-scale platforms and enterprises.

- Develop solutions covering the full value chain of platform and institutional clients, including collections, FX, mass payouts (accounts, wallets, and virtual credit cards), treasury management, and corporate travel payments.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to see solutions through to delivery. Support the preparation of sales materials and tools that promote these solutions and address client needs efficiently and precisely.

- Develop client growth strategies based on core product value and the client lifecycle to increase transaction volume and product penetration, and directly drive incremental volume and revenue from these clients.

Job Requirement

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years, in payment solutions, product management, or product operations, serving large enterprise or platform clients in the cross-border payments industry.

- Strong business acumen and execution capability, with solid knowledge of cross-border and global e-commerce markets and payment products. Proven ability to drive requirements, design solutions, and see them through to implementation.

- Excellent logical thinking, with strong communication and coordination skills across functions.

- Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is required. The role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking internal teams, partners, and clients.
