Job description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to support our Finance Senior Manager in day-to-day accounting operations across our credit and lending businesses. This role plays a key part in revenue recognition, accounts receivable, credit risk monitoring, and monthly general ledger booking and reporting. You will also drive financial analysis, support audits, and partner closely with business teams on finance-related processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Finance Senior Manager day-to-day on accounting operations for credit and lending businesses, including revenue recognition, accounts receivable, credit risk monitoring, and monthly general ledger booking and reporting.

- Prepare monthly financial reports, including credit risk analysis, accounts collection, and account receivable analysis.

- Participate in project teams for system or process implementation, and prepare business requirement documents for finance-related areas.

- Recommend and implement finance-related internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), company policies, and relevant laws/regulations.

- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

- Liaise with business teams to provide finance and accounting perspectives.

Job Requirement

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting compliance.

- Experience with financial closing processes and business strategy support is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent are preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HFM).

- Familiar with accounting and/or auditing for credit and lending businesses and processes, including model governance framework and credit data analysis.

- Proficient in English, Chinese and/or other languages.

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
