Job description

We are seeking a Product Designer with highly-skilled mobile app design experience to lead the development of our next-generation B2B application for SME merchants. The app is designed as a self-serve platform, empowering merchants to onboard, manage, and grow their businesses independently and intelligently with the support of AI-driven insights and automation.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic product ownership with a hands-on background in app design (UI/UX), ensuring the product not only delivers business value but also provides an intuitive, seamless, and delightful user experience for time-constrained and non tech-savvy SME users.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for the B2B merchant app. Fully understand merchant pain points per targeted regions, and translate into actionable product requirements.

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, SME merchants, and technical teams. Conduct merchant research, usability testing, and feedback loops to refine product-market fit.

• Partner with design teams to create merchant-first user journeys that are simple, intuitive, and efficient. Bring hands-on UX/UI design expertise, contributing wireframes and prototypes, when needed. Ensure app design supports multilingual, multi-market, and accessible experiences.

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent capabilities (e.g., onboarding assistance, predictive analytics, personalized recommendations, chat-based support). Ensure AI features are designed for transparency, usability, and trust.

• Prioritize features and enhancements with a focus on self-serve efficiency and AI-powered automation. Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure roadmap execution with fast pace.

• Work closely with engineering, data, and design teams in an Agile environment. Serve as the voice of the customer during development and testing phases.

Job Requirement

• 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or closely related roles, with proven experience in mobile app development.

• Deep understanding of B2B platforms, SME merchant needs, and self-serve models.

• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or merchant services industries.

• Strong app design experience - able to create and critique wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions.

• Excellent skills in Agile product management, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication.

• Bonus: Hands-on experience working with AI/ML products or integrating AI features into digital platforms.
