Ant International-Product Solution Manager, Payments Collection-Antom

Job description

1. Understand in details Ant's product&product operation capability related to payment processing(acquiring) from credit cards, E-wallets and other APMs under Ant's various global entities including U.S, Latam and various Asian countries.

2. Work closely with business development team to create and present Ant's global payment products solution to both prospective and existing merchants, with a focus on selling new solutions Vs. supporting existing solutions

3. Effectively capture and articulate the merchants business needs, identify the potential gaps and translate them into product requirements

4. Research the latest products and solutions in the industry and competitor products, and propose directions for development for new products.

5. Assemble a product matrix into a solution based on customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams to complete solution implementation

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years working experience as a payment product manager, with hands-on experience in EMV standards, POS software design, or acquirer system integration.Related experience with terminal management system.

2. Good understanding of payment technology, including but not limited to payment flows, payment channels, payment operations, etc. CARD-specific EMV L3 certification management, transaction processing, transaction routing, terminal security (HSM), ISO 8583 protocols is a must.

3. Hands-on experience in full lifecycle of product projects, preferably integrating payment channels and/or building payment services. Strong ownership to drive product projects to successful delivery. Device life-cycle management, parameter configuration, and merchant analytics tools would be a plus

4. Independent judgment, strong data sense, and excellent communication skills

5. Proven structured thinking and analytical skills, being able to analyse business scenarios /requirements, define user stories & product specifications.

6. Passion to pursuit product innovative initiatives, and be able to withstand work pressure.
