Job description

Responsibilities:

• Leads product strategy development, and develops a clear, executable view of the product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure development team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality product within timeline.

• Closely partner with various strategic commercial partners.

• Understand competitive landscape in local markets, discover market insights and identify customer pain points, balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, meeting customer needs and product profitability

• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product.

• Understand and have hands-on experience of agentic product design, defines and uses metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years experience in a product management or related role. Previous experience in AI/Agentic product design is a plus.

• Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams. Experience in understanding business requirement and defining product specifications

• Familiarity with the latest AI-enabled software development tools and able to suggest how they could be used to build better experiences

• Strong organisational acumen - ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration.

• Background in payments is a plus is highly preferred.
