We are a fast-moving fintech company on a mission to redefine finance. As we push into the transformative world of Web3, we are building a foundational team to ensure this innovation happens responsibly.
We are in the early, start-up phase of creating a dedicated Web3 Hub focused on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory compliance. This is a greenfield opportunity to build from the ground up and shape the future of compliant Web3 services.
The Opportunity -
This role is for a builder. You will be a core founding member of the Web3 Hub, tasked with turning ideas into a robust, operational, and trusted AML framework. You will operate at the intersection of cutting-edge blockchain technology and traditional financial regulation, leveraging our global framework while tailoring it to the needs of this business line.
Key Responsibilities -
Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, managing reporting obligations and ensuring full compliance with applicable AML laws and standards
Partner with internal stakeholders to implement AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls for Web3 products and services
Monitor regulatory developments, advise stakeholders, and implement controls to mitigate AML risk and support audit readiness
Design and oversee day-to-day risk operations, including blockchain transaction monitoring, wallet screening, customer risk assessment, and suspicious activity reporting
Work closely with product, engineering, and legal teams to embed compliance into product design and educate stakeholders on Web3 risks and opportunities
What We're Looking For -
Strong Day 1 mindset with foundational, hands-on capabilities
You will work closely with the Head of Business AML to ensure alignment on strategy and priorities, supporting operations based in Singapore.
