What the day will look like
Aon Reinsurance business specialise in assisting insurance companies in transferring a portion of the risk they carry on their balance sheets to reinsurers and alternative capital providers. Your rotations will focus on broking and analytics. You'll learn to use sophisticated analytical modelling and strong stakeholder management to help insurers mitigate risk exposures across their portfolios.
Carry out a range of project management related functions, through a series of developmental work placements. While responsibilities may vary to some extent with each placement, all are contained in the general role statements below:
Effectively participate in classroom as well as on-the-job and other learning and development activities provided throughout the development programme.
Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with appropriate external client contacts and internal Aon colleagues.
Assist in achieving business objectives within a team environment through assigned research, reinsurance Treaty and Facultative contract administration and market placement as well as other project activities allocated during developmental work placements.
Participating in client and new business prospects' Request for Proposals (RFP) and tenders in a team environment consisting of colleagues across client management, broking, analytics and senior management.
Participating in analytics projects encompassing Catastrophe modelling, actuarial analysis and market benchmarking to deliver innovative ideas and solutions to clients and other stakeholders in a compelling way
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Fresh graduates who are able to commence full-time employment in July 2026.
Great at thinking critically, solving problems, and using data to guide decisions.
A collaborative team player, comfortable building relationships and working with diverse groups.
Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
