About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive Bureau Veritas’ Data Center strategy and growth across Asia Pacific. The APA Data Center Market Lead will combine market development, client engagement, and technical oversight to position BV as the trusted partner for data center owners, operators, investors, and hyperscalers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the APA Data Center market strategy aligned with BV’s global priorities.


• Identify high-potential markets and new service opportunities across hyperscaler, colocater, and enterprise data centers.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision makers in the data center ecosystem.


• Lead pursuit of strategic projects from lead generation to contract negotiation.


• Provide subject matter expertise in data center design, construction, commissioning, and operational compliance.


• Ensure excellence in service delivery through coordination with BV’s technical and operational teams.


• Collaborate with BV leaders across the region to ensure a consistent market approach.


• Represent APA in global initiatives, knowledge sharing, and solution development.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Electrical/Mechanical, or related disciplines; Master’s or MBA preferred.


• 10–15 years of experience in the Data Center sector, with at least 5–10 years in leadership or business development roles.


• Proven success in delivering and securing large-scale Data Center projects in APA.


• Strong industry network with hyperscalers, colocaters, and enterprise DC stakeholders.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDCS, PMP, LEED, Uptime Institute) are an advantage.


• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and client relationship management skills.


• Fluent in English and excellent in communication, presentation, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.


• Willing to travel extensively across APAC (Singapore / Kuala Lumpur / Bangkok / Shanghai / Mumbai)
