Job Description - APAC Channel Marketing Lead, Asset Management

Location: Singapore (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
A leading global asset manager is seeking an experienced APAC Channel Marketing Lead to join its international marketing team in Singapore. This role will play a key part in driving and executing regional channel marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on events, campaign delivery, and client engagement across wholesale and institutional segments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working across markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of physical and virtual events, including planning, vendor management, logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event analysis
  • Identify and evaluate industry events and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand presence across APAC
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns across multiple markets and client segments using marketing automation platforms
  • Deliver campaign and event performance analysis, turning insights into actionable recommendations for sales teams
  • Support localized marketing initiatives, tailoring campaigns and content to regional market needs
  • Provide support for webinars and digital campaigns, including promotion, execution, and follow-up communications
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to regional compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with sales teams, global marketing stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver integrated initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, ideally within asset management or financial services
  • Proven experience in APAC channel/wholesale marketing and event execution
  • Strong track record in end-to-end event management (physical and digital)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud); email build/edit capability preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to support regional markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
