APAC Finance Director (European Manufacturing MNC)

The Company


Our client is a well-established listed European manufacturing company, with global presence and stable growth over the years. Singapore is their APAC regional headquarter. And they are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead its APAC finance function and partner closely with regional and global leadership teams. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility and overview of financial governance, business partnering, operational finance, reporting, and performance management across a complex regional footprint.


The Role


Reporting to APAC Managing Director, you will serve as a strategic finance business partner to the APAC leadership team, providing commercial insight and financial guidance to support business performance and decision-making. You will lead the regional finance team of over 20 people and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, management reporting, audit and compliance. You will also be involved in system integration or special projects with global stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.



Your Profile

• Recognised accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role within a multinational environment.
• Strong experience with relevant industry knowledge (manufacturing/B2B business model) to support complex regional operations.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
• Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, or operating model enhancements.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across executive and operational levels.
• Resilient, hands-on, and solutions-oriented leadership style.
• Experience working across international and matrix organisations preferred.
