Our classifications are used to enforce protection on sensitive data while also providing risk and compliance assessments. 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and energetic individual with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, a relentless drive to succeed, and the capability to work autonomously and execute upon a vision. 

The person wins, maintains, and expands relationships with partners and is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The Sales Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused on a partner vertical market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and remain focused and productive.
  • Own the customer from lead gen right through the pipeline to deployment ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.
