APAC Solutions Director

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced APAC Solutions Director to lead our regional AV solutions strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a solid background in the AV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AV solution strategies across APAC
• Work closely with regional sales and engineering teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients
• Provide high-level technical and strategic support in key client engagements and proposals
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration between presales, project delivery, and operations teams
• Stay abreast of market trends and drive innovation in AV solution offerings
• Manage and mentor regional solution architects and presales teams

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the AV industry, with proven success in solutions leadership or similar roles
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, integration, and solution design
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Audio/Visual Technology, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of the APAC market and experience working across multiple countries in the region
