As an Application Analyst (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and maintain IT Systems documentation.
• Manage, perform and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Good conversational skills and ability to conduct end user training.
• IT operational support.
• Source and propose appropriate IT solutions that can streamline and improve business operations.
• Work closely and support Reporting Officer in the procurement, acquisition and implementation of IT systems.

Requirements:

• Recognized Professional Certificate/Diploma in relevant field.
• Good knowledge in process and workflow mapping and analysis.
