As an Application Analyst (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Implement, maintain and support Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) and any other clinical related management systems
- Work closely with stakeholders
- Understand the business operations, processes and requirements
- Analyse and implement solutions to streamline and improve the operations
- Assist in the procurement and acquisition of IT systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily systems issues
- Perform UAT
- Work closely with vendors, key stakeholders and other team members
- Ensure proper documentations are submitted
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in relevant field
- Must have 3-4 years of application analyst experience
- Preferably with EMR implementation experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge in process and workflow mapping and analysis
- Experience in data extraction via scripting language
