Application Support Officer (East / Up to $3000 / 2 Yrs Contract / Ecommerce)

• Provide 1st and 2nd Level support for e-Commerce application & systems
  


• Diagnose, troubleshooting and solving issues in several areas including operating systems, application
  


• Creating technical guide documents
  


• Communicate with customers for application deployment and supports
  


• Working closely with Project Manager, QA team and developers to deliver according to the timeline
  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or any related disciplines
  


• Hands on experience in Microsoft Operating Systems
  


• Candidates with knowledgein  JSP, ASP, Microsoft SQL, Web/Application server Technologies, E-commerce have an added advantage
  


• Experience configuring web and application servers such as Apache HTTP, Resin, JBOSS AS, Apache Tomcat or Web Logic
