Application Tester (Financial Institute) | Contract

Scope: 

• Conduct testing on web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, performance and user experience meet quality standards.
• Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts based on project requirements
• Execute test cases and document test results for analysis
• Identify and report software defects, track issues and work with the development for the fixes.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested application still performs as expected
• Provide input and feedback on application usability and user interface design
• Participate in the improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies

Requirements: 

• Degree in Business, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar areas 
• Added advantage for individual who has experience in mobile application or web application for customers.Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms in Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Social with a strong self-initiative to keep up with Digital trends. 
• Strong understanding of application testing methodologies, tools and processes
• Excellent problem investigation skills and attention to details
