OBJECTIVES
- Provide technical advice on FAULHABER drive solutions
- Support Area Sales Manager in Project Management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and turnover growth by responding to inquiries in a timely manner
ACTIVITIES
- Analysing customers' technical needs, consulting and developing specific solutions in close cooperation with the Area Sales Manager
- Preparation of technical specifications, feasibility analysis in collaboration with the technical departments of the various production sites
- Technical and commercial elaboration of offers, with the help of Customer Service
- Supporting product presentations to customers and trade shows
- Performing first level analysis of returns (repairs)
PROFILE
- Diploma or degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar field
- Professional experience in technical consulting for drive, precision or microsystems technology products is desirable
- Good knowledge of English language for internal group communication
- Analytical, interpersonal communications, organization and teamwork skills
- Results and customer orientation
- Knowledge of MS-Office, SAP/R3 (SD) and CRM desirable
