Job Description - AR Temp (Corporate Billing) 6 6 months Up to S$3.2k West - Urgent Position

We are looking for an energetic AR Temp (Corporate Billing) | 6 + 6 months | Up to S$3.2k | West to join our diverse team at PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd) in West Region.

Working Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)

Salary: Up to S$3200

Location: Nanyang Avenue

Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Responsibilities

Corporate Billing
Processing Corporate billing as per KPI
Assist to resolve and billing issues.
Generate Statement of account to customer
Prepare and post journal
Support UAT testing for Project.
Other duties as required to assist AR billing and collection.

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting
Preferable with SAP knowledge and Accounts receivable working experience
Good knowledge of GST guideline
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel and IT savvy with using different systems
Meticulous and Customer oriented
