Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, Detail, Specify and assist tendering the full range of Architectural packages for Advanced Technology, Life ScienceProjects; 
• Liaise with the client team on design issues; 
• Coordinate between other disciplines; 
• Administer the Architectural sub-contractor contracts on site from inception to handover; 
• Assist site personnel on technical and coordination issues for both design and construction;
• Ability to communicate clearly on all architecture matters;
• Taking the conceptual design through to implementation and handover;
• Ensure that all design is in compliance with local authorities’ code.
• Production of tender specifications;
• Progressing elements of design in-line with the Design Checklist;
• Mentoring of Architectural Designers/Graduate Architects with the intent of securing properly trained personnel for the continual expansion of the company;
• Ensuring Architectural Supervisor is provided with the current approved plans and shop drawings;
• Ensuring System Supervisor is fully briefed on the awarded scope of work, the tender technical documents and all contractual revisions to tender documentation. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Architectural
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in design and/or construction of Architectural services systems in both design and construction, preferably with some “Fast Track Project” experience.
• Possess good knowledge of architectural systems
• Possess good technical writing skills
• Good Knowledge of Singapore Codes and Standards and Authorities’ Submission Procedure.
