ARCHITECT

The person whom we are looking for should fit in the following requisites:

- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects, Singapore
- Proficiency in architectural softwares
- Knowledge of BIM processes would be an added advantage
- Have communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management and organizational abilities
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to develop architectural concepts and designs, etc
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, building regulations and safety standards
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
- Review of contractor submissions and resolve design-related issues
- Manage project timelines, budgets and quality standards
- Knowledge of contract administration and construction supervision
- Experience with sustainable or green building design
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
