Responsibilities

Support the design and delivery of building projects from concept design through construction stages.

You will be involved in design development, coordination, authority submissions, and site involvement, ensuring projects are delivered to quality, timeline, and regulatory standards.

• Develop architectural design concepts and presentation materials
• Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Prepare and manage submission to relevant authorities (URA, BCA, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Attend site meetings and support construction coordination
• Assist in project management and contract administration
• Support design development through all project stages

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
