Key Responsibilities
Develop creative, functional design concepts in line with project briefs using hand sketching and digital tools
Translate design ideas into compelling, buildable, and technically sound solutions
Coordinate and develop designs from concept through construction
Produce high-quality design and construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple international offices
Liaise with consultants, manufacturers, and suppliers
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team when required
Participate in overseas travel for collaboration work and site involvement as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned which includes ad hoc assignments delegated by the director or immediate supervisor
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years of recent experience in luxury or high-end hospitality projects
Strong Revit expertise (minimum 5 years), as all projects are delivered in Revit
Proven experience in architectural, interior, and hardscape design coordination and documentation
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD,Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (3ds Max is an advantage but not essential)
Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to proportion, aesthetics, and detailing
Good understanding of international building codes and construction methodologies
Knowledge of furniture and carpentry detailing is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about design excellence with a collaborative mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
Physical Requirements
Comfortable working long hours at a computer workstation
Fit for site visits, meetings, and project inspections
Ability to distinguish colors accurately
