Job Description - Architect (Vice President)

Lead project teams in various aspects of design, supervision, and management across diverse projects.
Establish and nurture contacts while presenting architectural designs to clients, playing a pivotal role in client engagement.
Strategize and target specific markets, clients, and project opportunities through active participation in business development meetings.
Spearhead architectural design competitions by leading teams and fostering innovation.
Administer contracts for construction projects to ensure adherence to design intent and compliance with building codes, overseeing multiple projects concurrently.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent qualification.
Accumulate 10 years of experience in the field, preferably with local diverse project exposure (e.g. healthcare, commercial, etc.).
Registered Architect under Singapore Board of Architects (BOA), proficient in BIM, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and proactive attitude.
Demonstrate meticulousness and effective organizational skills.
