Job Summary

This full-time on-site Architectural Associate role involves developing architectural and interior designs, producing detailed construction drawings and models using Autocad and Sketchup, managing projects, and handling submissions to government agencies. Collaboration with clients, contractors, authorities, and consultants is essential to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts that meet client needs and project goals
• Produce detailed construction drawings and 3D models using Autocad and Sketchup to support project execution
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, government authorities, and consultant teams to facilitate smooth project progress
• Prepare and submit documentation to relevant government agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Apply knowledge of local building codes and regulations to support design and submission processes
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a passion for contemporary design while continuously learning and improving professional skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Experience and high proficiency level in Autocad and Sketchup softwares is required
• Familiarity with Singaporean building codes and regulations is an advantage
